In the meantime, if you’re looking for a way to observe Earth Day on April 22nd, remember that you can always gather litter you see in the street or in front of your house, as street litter often washes into the creek eventually. TOCA is leading a shoreline cleanup with the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup and would love your help! Not only will we remove harmful litter from our local shoreline, we’ll also keep a tally of the trash we find to help track the major and minor sources of litter in our community.
