OUR MANDATE
The Thompson Orchard Community Association (TOCA) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit association fostering neighbourliness and engaging local businesses. TOCA creates opportunities for residents to engage with one another and stay informed about changes that affect their community. Together, we nurture a community where people look out for one another — and genuinely enjoy where they live.

There is no cost to be a TOCA member, you just have to live within the TOCA boundaries. We raise funds to support ongoing neighbourhood events via silent auctions, and from the goodwill and donations of local members and businesses.
