Before we swing into spring, get your creative snow sculpting hats and mittens on for our 2nd annual snow sculpture competition. 

Last year we saw blue whales, beach (snow) bums, sea turtles and more, but this year we know you can do better!

Awards will be presented for the top 3 snow sculptures which will be judged by our junior TOCA members on Monday February 21st.
