NEW PHOTO CONTEST at this year’s HALLOWEEN Parade

At this year’s famous Halloween parade participants will be invited to enter our Spooky Halloween Costume Contest. Categories are:

• Scariest Costume
• Funniest Costume
• Most Creative Costume
• Best Pet Costume
• Best Group Costume

It’s a SNAP to enter!

At the end of the parade, volunteers will be snapping photos of anyone who wants to enter. Photos will be judged by the Grand Halloween Jury consisting of kids from the neighbourhood. Winners will receive a treat and be announced on the TOCA website / Facebook the week after the parade. JOIN IN IF YOU DARE… MWAAAHAHAHAHAHA
