THE BEST YET

The TOCA Board has been working really hard to put together the best ever Halloween Parade & Party including a live magician, a balloon artist, music, a spooky scavenger hunt, scary silent auction, photo backdrop and a costume contest for the entire family (including the pooch).

So dress up, bring friends – and non-perishable food items for our Food Bank Food Drive – and join in the fun!

To make sure the event is great, we need your help. We need volunteers for the silent auction, photography, scavenger hunt, set up and tear down and more.
