There’ll be all kinds of familiy activities, including:

  • Live magician

And of course… TOCA’s annual Silent Auction Fundraiser!

PARADE ROUTE

This year’s parade route will depart from the Van Dusen pedestrian bridge, just west of Thompson Avenue. It will then turn left/north along Thompson; then right/east along Meadowvale; then right/south along Cliveden; then right/west along Van Dusen; then left/south along Thompson; then right/west along Orchard, ending at the greenspace.

THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS AND SPONSORS!

The TOCA Halloween Parade and Party would not be possible without the generous support from our community volunteers, who donate their time to help the event run smoothly, and our local business, who sponsor the event through their silent auction donations. On behalf of the neighbourhood, thank you to everybody who has helped this event be a success, past or present!

NOTES

Our event has been issued a special event permit, as well as a level one noise exemption permit, allowing for amplified sound up to a 85 dB(A) or 105 dB(C), as measured from a point 20 metres from the source. The noise exemption permit is mandatory for any public event that requires any sound amplification of any degree, and is not an indication of any plan to emit volumes above a reasonable and modest level for a family-friendly event. Enjoy the tunes!
